This tuition-based grant is renewable for enrolled full-time students with a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or better and is based on academic performance and standardized test scores. Awards are given to students pursuing their first undergraduate degree for a maximum of eight fall and spring semesters (four years).

David graduated from Harford Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree on the year 2005. He was on the Dean’s list and has joined clubs and organizations in the school.

From 2004 through 2009, David worked as an English tutor at HCC’s Learning Center. He has assisted students in developing their study
abilities as well as other English and communication skills. He was totally committed to aiding the kids in getting ready for their upcoming exams. David was determined about helping pupils with their written assignments by fixing grammatical, structural, and spelling mistakes. Additionally, he offered tailored assistance to students with disabilities.

About November 2002, David is no exception to receiving a Presidential Scholarship at Harford Community College. The hard work he dedicated while studying surely pays off.
